Instructions
 

First is the Red Layer

  • Heat 1 cup water to a boil, add Red Jello mix, stir until dissolved.
  • Add ¼ Cup of Sugar and 12 drops of Capella Whipped Cream Flavoring to boiling water and Jello mixture, stir until dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup Dripping Springs Vodka, stir.
  • Use slightly less than 1 Tbsp of Jell-O shot mixture to evenly distribute into 60 2oz Jell-O shot cups.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

Next is the Orange layer

  • Heat 1 cup water to a boil, add Orange Jello mix, stir until dissolved.
  • Add ¼ Cup of Sugar and 12 drops of Capella Whipped Cream Flavoring to boiling water and Jello mixture, stir until dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup Dripping Springs Vodka, stir.
  • Use slightly less than 1 Tbsp of Jell-O shot mixture to evenly distribute into 60 2oz Jell-O shot cups.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

Next is the Yellow layer

  • Heat 1 cup water to a boil, add Yellow Jello mix, stir until dissolved.
  • Add ¼ Cup of Sugar and 12 drops of Capella Whipped Cream Flavoring to boiling water and Jello mixture, stir until dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup Dripping Springs Vodka, stir.

  • Heat 1 cup water to a boil, add Purple Jello mix, stir until dissolved.
  • Add ¼ Cup of Sugar and 12 drops of Capella Whipped Cream Flavoring to boiling water and Jello mixture, stir until dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup Dripping Springs Vodka, stir.
  • Fill the 60 2oz Jell-O shot cups to the top with the Purple Jell-O mixture.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
